In 2016, we bought our first four registered females; a bred heifer and three yearling heifers. Since then, our interest and desire to produce functional cattle from proven genetics has led us to buying some select cows from Nansel’s Flying N Ranch dispersion sale in Miles City, MT, the Marcy program in Nebraska, and from the Coleman Angus herd. Our cowherd is also influenced by genetics from the Schaff Angus Valley program at St. Anthony, North Dakota.
